S\u00f3 se pode revelar na pr\u00f3pria experi\u00eancia. E isso s\u00f3 funciona se voc\u00ea se tornar ativo \"por dentro\". A pr\u00e1tica \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria aqui. N\u00e3o \u00e9 algo que se possa entender e depois se tem para o resto da vida. N\u00e3o. \u00c9 por isso que Jac Hielema fala constantemente em \"fazer o PhdF\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n
