When I first became interested in BD agriculture a few years ago, I observed, for example, on the Dottenfelderhof in Bad Vilbel the following: One saw "many people and few machines". I had to ask myself why in many places the fast and rational way was not taken, why people struggled to do the work with the animals and plants in a manual way? One of my first conclusions was: "These people are not doing it for the money. But for what else?"
Only by getting to know the teaching of "the wisdom of the human being", the so-called anthroposophy (Definition as audio or in the anthro.wiki), which is also the basis of the agricultural course, I unexpectedly encountered a completely new attitude of mind, which has a direct effect on the encounter with soil, plants and animals. It is the question: "Who are you"? "What is it that is being expressed through you? Those who tend to encounter their environment with such a questioning attitude of mind do not think in pigeonholes, but try to absorb what wants to express itself in reality.
Take, for example, the confrontation with "weeds". The following thought has many followers: "How do I get rid of this stuff"? This mindset has a completely different (holistic) effect: "Aha, what is showing up there, and what is it expressing about the state of my soil"? It's about not thinking in pigeonholes, it's about a neutral encounter. Furthermore, it leads to a change of principle: doing something "against" the weeds. Towards the question of what the farmer can do "for" his soil, which communicates its state of health by showing very specific weeds.

My documentaries with video
There are people who actually live and work in their truthfulness. You can feel that. It's not the words, but you notice it when you feel unexpectedly touched inwardly in their presence. Or when something suddenly lights up in you. Like an inner light that animates and motivates you to become creatively active as well. With your own voice, with your own hands.
Well, it's these kinds of people that I like to document with video. I don't know if it will work, but I hope so. Below is a small selection of videos. All videos are on my YouTube channel to find.
