The 11th verse of the week describes all the more the going out into the world with the senses, with the soul to find oneself, to sleep over in intuition not only into another being, but also into oneself and to feel the fellowship of the Christ, who is the worldly I. The soul is the I of the world. Then to go back into oneself and wake up in one's little ego.

 Everything runs in rhythms, a constant alternation of going out and coming in, breathing out and breathing in: on a large scale, the planetary rhythm, life and death, the course through the various incarnations, the course of the year, the rhythm of day and night, and on a small scale, the breathing process.

 Reworking the astral and developing the spirit self is our task. To renew the strongest astral forces can lead to the highest evil or to the highest power of love, depending on the use of the antipathy and sympathy forces. The most pernicious lowest astral forces are the same as the highest love forces. At the same time, however, these lowest astral forces (flood of desire, sensual irritability) are also the highest etheric forces (wisdom light, sound ether).

 In the soul, we need the pendulum swing of sympathy and antipathy (going out and coming back to oneself), between flooding irritability and sound ether, because the sound ether has an ordering power that can work into the physical.

 Natural science speaks of 4 natural forces, i.e. 4 revelations of the spirit. These 4 regularities are laws of nature, they determine the earth and can only be recognised through thinking.

 World thinking guides world forces. We divide the world into: a spiritual, which can only be grasped with thinking, and a sensual, which can be grasped with the sense organs. But there is no real separation. Stages of transformation appear as soul-etheric-physical in gaseous-liquid-vapour. The etheric mediates between the physical and the spiritual, it is the bridge. The source where the soul originates is the spiritual.

 We with our ego can condense the spiritual into the astral and transform the astral into the spiritual self through catharsis, purification, cleansing.  In the process, the negative is excreted as spiritual environmental pollution and thus we burden everyone with it (plants, animals, environment). The astral atmosphere of the earth is our "rubbish dump". We have been causing it since our earth evolution began. But at the same time it is the necessity for freedom. Free people have the privilege to make mistakes and do evil out of egoism, without spiritual guidance. Through the egoistic use of the astal forces we damage the earth, which brought the Lemurian period to a crash.

 The cosmos is originally a soul world and largely pure. There is now a danger that dark, astral things will go out from the earth into the cosmos. The cosmic wisdom light is wisely ordered, but that is not enough, we must achieve more, each individual human being. We are involved in the creation of the earth, positively and negatively.

 When we dissolve negative soulfulness and create a better one out of nothing, this has a purifying effect on the astral of the earth. Premature destruction of the earth is prevented. This determines what the New Jerusalem will look like. The highest astral is reflected in the lowest, in the region of the tide of desire. The whole cosmos is involved in every movement we make.

  Etheric forces shape the physical. Habits are etheric. Working on the etheric means working on good habits, that is all we can do except with the help of the Christ according to our will. Difference: Sin: Transgression from the astral. Vice: bad habits, are much more serious. Only in the New Jerusalem will we be able to create the etheric body/life spirit.

 We need karma to have the material to renew basic things. If we do not manage to dissolve karma by the end of the physical incarnation, we will not come to the New Jerusalem, but to a secondary planet. Mistakes we have made in the physical can only be resolved in the physical body. Otherwise we will not reach the quality of 144,000.

 7 deadly sins is a wrong translation, it is 7 main vices.

 The soul organs, the chakras are organs of perception and activity. Every perception is an action and vice versa. It is the task to transform the lower. The lowest forces are the strongest, but produce the highest forces of love, in the sense of giving oneself to the cosmos.
 
 In the Apocalypse, the pouring out of the bowls of wrath signifies the highest divine love.

 The impulse of anger means: I want to smash the world because it does not fit with me, I want to eliminate the bad from the world.

 Goethe poem Prometheus.

 Prometheus in the myth is the forward thinker, the creative thinker. He took the fire (I) from heaven, formed man in his own image and defied Zeus. Forged on the rock (physical body), the eagle eats at his liver (life forces). Redemption follows through Heracles, a great initiate who must complete 12 tasks: Walk into the underworld and confront the dark forces ,including the Hydra, which is an image of our double, little guardian of the threshold.  Slay the serpent and destroy it with the help of fire (spirit).

 Parallel to the Bible: Cain, representative of the ego power. Abel is lost, Seth is born, in the image of Adam.

 Prometheus is in us. Our powers of desire and intellect destroy our life force.

 Mind has to do with the ego, mind wisdom serves the ego.

 Love (life forces) - Faith (astral forces) - Hope
 
 In the 7th planetary stage man will be able to create the physical out of nothing = resurrection on a large scale.

 We must go beyond the powers of the mind to creative powers. The old must be overcome.

 All systems of domination, including democracy, are old centralised forces. Today the world is under the rule of the adversaries. We must realise this. The three-part division of social life wants to come out, but is hindered by the old forces. What was good in the past is today, if not transformed, always evil, destructive.

 Leading away from freedom is the case at present and a battle is being waged against the ego. Adversaries cannot really destroy the ego, only if it is abandoned.

 At the beginning of the 17th century, an impulse was already given by Christian Rosicrucians to change Europe, to create a new order out of Christian, spiritual freedom for a free spiritual life.  A new political order was not achieved.

 Rudolf Steiner started another attempt with the Social Threefolding, which did not succeed.

 Now a new start would be possible, since all three limbs (legal life, economic life, spiritual life) are fully developed:

 Equality in the legal life, fraternity in the economic life and freedom in the spiritual life.

 Man must make mistakes, only then can we do the true, the good and the beautiful out of freedom. Everyone must go through all aberrations for himself. Man must have the courage to take his destiny into his own hands.  At some point we will no longer need laws; everyone must develop morality out of freedom. No more leadership from above. Good gods do not lead from above, they give us the power to do it ourselves, with our ego, we determine where it goes. That is what the creation of the earth and the 7 planetary stages are about.
