Summary

From fellow listener H. H.

The 22nd verse of the week expresses the actual task of our time: Experiencing how man comes to spiritual reality by his own strength and his own decision, how he himself builds up the world-self in which the Christ works. We build up our real self by becoming creatively active and by reworking our soul, i.e. by leading negative into nothing and creating something that was not there before. Unconsciously, we basically do it right after conception: we shape our body shells according to our individuality and around the age of 3 we have an awareness of our I for the first time. Before that, the child scans the world with the sense of sight, begins to grasp, straightens up and begins to speak.

A small digression on our language: Today's speech and language is quite unhealthy because it is controlled by the mind. Language should be felt down to the little toe, it starts with standing on the floor with proper tension. Language today is for intellectual exchange and would be for spiritual exchange.

How is the I oriented into the world?

In the professions, what the I has set out to do can be realised, whereby external significance is an obstacle to spiritual significance, because external power is a destroyer of spiritual tasks. Power is designed to exert pressure. Only in the 6th cultural epoch are there no more power structures, one acts out of moral intuition. Today, however, we receive a one-sided distorted image from the media, which becomes reality for people. This is an abuse of not coming to the freedom of the self.

Where do I find my I?

Observing how I move, what posture I take, what my speech is like, what my thinking is like?

After rereading the weekly verse, Wolfgang Peter moves on to the thinker of high scholasticism, Thomas Aquinas, who was moved by the question of what spirit is inside Christianity. His texts are characterised by tremendous clarity and prudence. He had the highest precision in intellectual thinking and his language was in a lively flow. He used the method of the scholastics: thesis and antithesis result in synthesis (= balance).

In the imagination, one can see an infinite number of connections. But it is difficult or impossible to grasp these connections in terms of understanding. R. Steiner was able to do this, but his works are only a "spark" of what he experienced. His special linguistic turns of phrase are due to his rich experience, which make it somewhat difficult for us to read. Words, however, are only WAYFARDS in R. Steiner and in the Apocalypse. - Subject and object are always connected in the spiritual world, while science investigates objects. One confronts the objects. - In imagination, the separation between subject and object is completely removed. Each person must find his or her own access to it. By experiencing imagination, the human being cooperates in making it a reality. For this, the intellect has to be sacrificed, which, however, has to be present beforehand. Imagination is then the contribution that the human being makes to the whole picture.

How do I find the new?

This question is so important, especially in our time. From 1900 onwards the dark age has come to an end and there is the possibility to come to the new spiritual seeing, i.e. inner experiencing of the spiritual world with awake full consciousness. In our century it is now possible and necessary to look both up into the spiritual real world and down into the adversary world. In order to be able to redeem the adversaries, I must know their realm and can enlighten them as to what their task is. Sorat, who is not detached by the Godhead but was already present at the beginning of the 7 rhythms of development, is exempt from this.

We humans are called to create something new. Since Golgotha we have been working with thanks to our I, which is not limited. We have the possibility and necessity to dissolve old corruptions and to develop new qualities that do not yet exist and that set a new direction in a very small way.

It is up to us to decide which path we choose: Possibility of freedom or, out of freedom, not wanting freedom, losing it. The ego would then be extinguished.

In the Apocalypse, the decisive place where this is reported is now: The Battle of Armageddon. 666 - the name Sorat is derived from this and refers to the point in time when the people who have not managed to detach themselves from the Sorat beings fall prey to them: This is in the 6th stage of development, in the 6th state of life and in the 6th state of form of the New Venus.

It is now up to us to develop living thinking: If we look at pictures from the Apocalypse, make the shaking active and develop compassion with the whole world, that it can go in the good direction. Every person should contribute a little something. We all have to contribute so that it takes a salutary direction, because we can: The same powerThe grace that is bestowed on Him by the Father is also available to us human beings.

The Apocalypse serves to give courage for the tasks and for the development of strength.
